| In the spare time one can take advantage of the Park Guide Organisation to go along the old paths, take a horse or mule ride, a guided tour of the farming and pastoral work, visit the famous water-meadows (Benedictine reclamation), visit the numerous historical attractions - and those artistic of Norcia and its surroundings: the Castellina, the Town Hall, St. Francis, St. Agostine, St. Eutizio Abbey, St. Salvatore di Campi, the White Madonna of Ancarano, The Castellucio Plains, the ascent of Monte Vettore and Monte Patino.
From Norcia one can reach the sea by going through the tunnel that connects it to the Marche (we are only 60 kms from the sea). |
