Exclusively organic farming is practiced on the ten hectares belonging to the Casale. No harmful substances are used, so that quality products are obtained without damaging the environment.
The entire production of Casale nel Parco dei Monti Sibillini is certified by the Italian Association for Organic Agriculture (AIAB).
Our most important crop is lentils, a legume that has found an ideal environment in these mountains. Other crops we grow are farro (spelt), beans and cicerchia (Lathyrus sativus), an ancient legume. Everything we grow in our vegetable garden is available to our guests.
