The restaurant of the farmhouse is furnished in country style
and heated by a big fire-place. To our guests we propose the simple
and tasty plates of the house kitchen. Recipes of the tradition take
the tastes of our mountains. To realize our dishes we use the products
which the surrounding territory offers us.
The pulses and the vegetableses are of our biological production as
big part of the meat, the both summer and winter truffles are bought
by local “cavatori” while the various kinds of salami
and the cheeses are selected by the best artisans of the place. When
available you will be able to find very fresh trout and crayfishes
of the river Nera.
The restaurant is open to all, both lunch and dinner seven days a
week.
