BLACK TRUFFLE HARVEST

We are talking about the truffle, and in particular the prized black truffle that has made Norcia its home.

We use it in cooking at restaurant but also offer, to those who love this underground mushroom, an opportunity to take part in the most fascinating moment of all: the harvest.

In 1700 the foreign ambassadors of several European Courts were invited to join the harvest: and today we offer you a few hours of exploration with an expert harvester, guided by his senses and experience, to learn to detect the "signs" of the land and encourage the dog in the search, and to reward the dog every time the search yields a result.
