At our restaurant you can enjoy the authentic flavours of our mountains, either in the comfortable dining room with large fireplace or outside in the green garden.
We grow legumes and cereals, according to the principles of organic agriculture and in natural truffle fields and the truffle farm created with the University of Perugia, we hunt for the prized black truffle of Norcia.
